Where we ship
United States only, including all 50 states.
Cost
Free shipping on every order. No minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
3–7 business days after dispatch. Your order ships from a domestic US warehouse — not from overseas — which is why it arrives in days rather than weeks.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Lithium battery shipping
This product contains lithium-ion batteries and ships under standard US ground regulations for consumer battery products. Batteries ship installed or packed in the case, as required. Air transport of these batteries is restricted, which is one reason we ship ground from within the US.
Delays
If a shipment has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will either chase the carrier or reship. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund under our refund policy.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change an address only before dispatch. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once the package is back with us.
